Fusion Dance Centre Policies and Procedures

Payments
All payments will be automatically charged from a Visa or MasterCard on file, including monthly
tuition charged on the 1st of each month, the Recital costume payment charged on October
15th, and Performance Program/Dance Company installments for participating dancers on 9/15,
11/15, and 2/15.

If card on file is not set for automatic billing, you will have until the 10th to make payment. If
payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your card will automatically be charged.
Your card will be automatically charged for the registration fee, September's tuition, and June's
tuition (half month) upon the processing of your registration unless you contact us to discuss
another payment method.

OR

Full Year Tuition – Receive a 5% discount on your tuition for the year. Payment is due two
weeks after registration via cash or check ONLY. Please let us know if you will be paying your
tuition in full but would still like to be automatically charged for the costume payment and
Performance Program/Dance Company Installments. If not received by October 1st, discount
will no longer apply.

Financial Responsibility
All financial obligations carried over for more than three months will be handed over to a
collection agency and my child will be unable to participate in class. I acknowledge that I am
responsible for a $20 NSF fee for all declined transactions and returned checks.

Tuition, costume, and performance program payments are non-refundable. No credits will be
given for studio closings due to weather or unplanned studio closings. Fusion Dance Centre
does not mail account statements. It is the parent’s responsibility to be aware of their account.

To withdraw from a class, I understand that I must notify the office in writing by the 20th of the
month prior and that I am responsible for all tuition and fees through the date of withdrawal.

Dress Code
I have read the studio dress code and understand my dancer needs proper shoes and
dancewear to participate in class.

Behavior Code
A strict behavior code for dancers and parents will be followed, which includes absolutely no
inappropriate touching, hitting, yelling, or bullying of the other students, parents, staff and
faculty. Any student or parent who does not adhere to this rule will immediately be dismissed
from the studio.

Covid-19/Government-mandated Closing code
In the event of pandemic-level illness, Fusion Dance Centre will follow the guidelines set forth
by the Center for Disease Control, the State of New Jersey, and the Union County Health
Department. This includes, if applicable: health screenings for staff and students, the use of
Personal Protective Equipment, social distancing, or closing to protect the health and safety of
all students and staff members. In the event of a mandatory closing, we will automatically
switch to a virtual class model, and all classes will resume as scheduled via our online platform
or through pre-recorded content.
