Leaders In Training (LIT) Program

Building the Next Generation of Leaders—On and Off the Dance Floor

 

For Dancers Age 11 and Up

At Fusion Dance Centre, we believe leadership begins with confidence, responsibility, and the willingness to serve others. Our Leaders in Training (LIT) Program is designed for dancers who are ready to step into mentorship and leadership roles within our studio community.

Whether assisting classes, mentoring younger dancers, or helping run exciting events, our LITs are the heartbeat of Fusion’s future.

Transform Your Dance into Leadership

The LIT Program is a leadership development pathway for dancers ages 11 and up who are eager to grow beyond their own dancing and begin guiding others.

 

Participants gain hands-on experience in teaching assistance, event management, and studio operations—while developing life-long skills such as:

Who Can Join?

To be eligible, students must:

​

  • Be at least 11 years old.

  • Have prior dance experience.

  • Commit to assisting weekly classes, rehearsals, and events as scheduled.

  • Uphold high standards of attendance, attitude, and work ethic.

  • Be in good standing with all studio accounts.
