National Honor Society for Dance Arts
Fusion Dance Centre Proudly Sponsors Two Chapters
Junior Chapter (grades 6-8)
Senior Chapter (grades 9-12)
What is NHSDA?
We’re proud to offer the National Honor Society for Dance Arts, a prestigious program recognizing outstanding achievement in dance, leadership, and academics.
Through performance, service projects, and community involvement, dancers earn points toward induction into this nationally recognized honor society.
NHSDA not only celebrates your dedication to dance—it builds your college resume, fosters leadership skills, and connects you to a nationwide network of dancers.
How To Get Involved
We are excited to begin this year celebrating our dancers’ artistry, leadership, scholarship, and service.
We hosted a virtual Parent Information Session on Wednesday, September 24th covering a variety of topics:
-
Review the purpose and benefits of NHSDA
-
Explain the induction process
-
Outline how students earn points throughout the year participating in dance, leadership, and service opportunities both at Fusion and in the community
-
Share expectations for active membership after induction
-
Answer any questions you may have about supporting your dancer in the program
NHSDA is a wonderful opportunity for students to be recognized for their dedication to dance while also developing life skills such as teamwork, responsibility, and leadership. This session will give you the information needed to help your dancer stay on track throughout the year.
If you would like to receive the information shared about NHSDA through Fusion's chapters, complete the form below, and we'll be in touch.
