Miss Amanda has been teaching dance to all ages for over 28 years. She received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance from Montclair State University. During that time she studied with many notorious dance instructors and performed and interned for Freespace Dance Inc. Immediately after graduation, Miss Amanda relocated to Orlando, Florida and performed as a member of the Entertainment Department at Walt Disney World. Throughout her time at WDW she performed in parades and shows as well as Mickey's Verry Merry Christmas Parade on ABC. Although she enjoyed performing, her real passion was to teach children how to dance. Miss Amanda moved back to NJ and became the artistic director and owner of Destined to Dance for 13 years. After closing her studio, she continued to teach dance within the community. Miss Amanda is also a certified Pilates instructor, a former licensed Zumba instructor, and a certified dance teacher for the school systems.
