Miss Mariette is an award-winning dance Instructor and choreographer from Jersey City, NJ. Mariette started competing at the age of 8 and took her love of dance to the next level by becoming an Instructor in her teenage years. She’s performed in many musicals throughout her career. "Anything Goes" just may be her favorite, in which she appeared as an Angel/featured dancer/Assistant Choreographer. Recently, Mariette finished choreographing her second feature film. As a reference dancer for "Bubble Guppies" and "Shimmer and Shine" for the Nickelodeon Network, Miss Mariette helps bring the animated characters to life! An actor as well, Mariette can most recently be seen in the feature film "The Truth about Lies". From judging local talent competitions, choreographing events, and instructing after-school programs to pre-college programs, Miss Mariette is thrilled to share her passion for dance and to continue her sixth season at FDC!
